Annual Members Meeting
The Annual Members Meeting is held in the fourth quarter of each year and is hosted at The Colorado Springs Country Club. A notice with specific date and start time is sent to all members ahead of time and can be found on the community calendar within the PayHOA portal.
All residents are urged to join the members only PayHOA portal used for HOA management, communication, documentation, requests, information sharing and more.PayHOA link

 

Board of Directors (BOD) Meeting
The Board of Directors meet once a month for one hour at a date, time and residence determined at each previous meeting. Due to time constraints and information deemed confidential, these are normally closed executive sessions. Members can request to attend with prior notification to plan time in the agenda. Dates and times will be shown in the community calendar within the PayHOA portal as well as agenda and meeting minutes available to all members in the Documents menu item of the portal.
