Please note that there is a $100 fee for preparing the HOA Status letter and recording information on the new owner. We request that this fee be collected at the time of closing and forwarded to the HOA.
The dues statement will indicate the status of the current year’s HOA annual assessment as paid by the Seller and instructions on handling the closing relative to the assessment.

Currently, the dues are $600/year and includes weekly trash service. (This will need to be updated as we increase dues)
Recycling service option is available for an additional annual fee.
Dues cover cost of asset management and maintenance of common areas, utilities for common areas only, insurance for common assets and HOA liability and professional services.
Dues are effective for each calendar, January 1st through December 31st. Dues notices are sent to all members and are requested to be paid as early as January 1st and no later than January 31st of each year.
A penalty for delinquent dues is applied to each unpaid account by March 15th of each year.
