Please note that there is a $100 fee for preparing the HOA Status letter and recording information on the new owner. We request that this fee be collected at time of closing and forwarded to the HOA.

The dues statement will indicate the status of the current year’s HOA annual assessment as paid by the Seller and instructions on handling the closing relative to the assessment.
