Although our HOA has no legal relationship with the Colorado Springs Country Club (CSCC), our relationship is somewhat special. Numerous HOA residents are members of CSCC, we are immediate neighbors, and have successfully worked some common issues together.
CSCC is a family-oriented, true private club, operated solely for the benefit of its members and has been in operation since 1953.
Besides an 18-hole golf course, the club offers various activities including tennis (lighted courts), swimming, fitness center, bridge club, and youth activities. The club has a range of membership options from just social memberships up to a full membership with unrestricted privileges.
The club offers several golf leagues and activities:
- MGA (Mens Golf Association): several Saturday mixers, Thursdays late afternoon 9-hole 2-man team league, several two day competitions, senior inter-club meets, and club championship
- 18-Hole WGA (Ladies 18-Hole Association): weekly competitions, mixers, several summer long competitions, interclub meets and 3-day regional tournament called “Dos Amigas”
- 9-Hole WGA (Ladies 9-Hole Association): similar to the 18-WGA program above.
- Couple’s Activities: tournaments on major holidays, couple’s championship and Friday evening “nine & dine” during the summer
- Junior Programs: golf, tennis & swimming.
- Fitness: Gentle Stretch Yoga, Sports & Strength Yoga, several strength training programs, and three cardio conditioning programs.
- Aquatics: water aerobics and swim lessons and team meets.
- Other Activity and Interest Groups: Book Club, Couples and Ladies Winter Bridge.
