We have 2 meetings per year.
– The Annual Meeting is held in August at The Colorado Springs Country Club. It begins at 6pm with an agenda for updating the members and addressing any current concerns. There is a BBQ and Pool party immediately following.
– The Budget meeting is typically held in January and it is a 30 minute – 1 hour meeting to go over the proposed budget and hear any concerns from the members. It is held at The Colorado Springs Country Club or via Zoom.
Currently, the dues are set at $300 plus $72 for recycling per year and are due April 1st.
March 1st: Estimated date for mailing Dues Notices to owners
April 1st: Due date for annual dues.
April 4th: penalties begin accruing on unpaid annual dues.
