– The Annual Meeting is usually held at end of calendar year, at The Colorado Springs Country Club. It begins at 6pm with an agenda for updating the members and addressing any current concerns.

Currently, the dues are set at $600/year (includes weekly trash service) plus $72 for recycling (optional) per year and are due April 1st.
February/March: Estimated date for mailing Dues Notices to owners
April 1st: Due date for annual dues.
April 4th: penalties begin accruing on unpaid annual dues.
